使い方

• よく使う形は “enthusiastic about”

  「〜に熱心な」「〜に乗り気な」は enthusiastic about + 名詞 / 動名詞 で表すのが自然です。例: enthusiastic about music, enthusiastic about joining the club.

• eager との違い

  enthusiastic は「興味・喜び・熱意がある」という気持ちの強さを表します。eager は「早くしたい、ぜひしたい」という行動への強い希望を表すことが多く、eager to do の形が自然です。

• excited との違い

  excited は「わくわくしている、興奮している」という感情に焦点があります。enthusiastic は「前向きに応援する・取り組む」という態度に焦点があります。
